Dance Among the Angels?
God,
Is it really true?
I mean,
There are these poems
And quotes
Scattered round,
Supposedly by
Saints
Known mostly for keeping
Rules,
Sayings seemingly opposite, about--
Enjoying
You.
About dancing in rapturous
Deliriums
With
You.
God,
Is it true?
I want to know because I really
Seriously
Horribly
Terribly
Need a reason to dance on the edge
Of the icecicle of my life
In plain view
Of grievous devastation.
