Supper

 The hungry world
stubbornly starves
never tasting
God
once.

Come.
Sit.
Consume God
slowly.

With the last crust
of bread,
mop
every drop.
Lick
each finger
clean.

Leave not a crumb
when dawn breaks.

Full at last,
giddy with wine,
ask,
     Who has eaten
     Whom?
